Monarch 19-24-25-XX Top Latch 588

Monarch 19-24-25-XX Top Latch 588 for non Fire Rated Doors.  This latch has a long history, the old number is 588, and the new number is 650389.  A non Fire Rated door is usually an exterior door, or a door that is not designed to contain the spread of fire.

Monarch Falcon 3788 Strike Top Strike

The Monarch Falcon 3788 Top Latch Strike is used on the 19-V, 24-V, 25-V and XX-V devices.

The Monarch 19-V Series Latch Cover is made of impact resistant black plastic.   The Monarch 19-V is now known as the Falcon 19-V.  The manufacture part # is 650388.

The Falcon/Monarch Fire Rated Top Latch is used on the F-19-V, F-24-V, F-25-V, F-18-V and F-XX-V Surface Vertical Rods.  The new number from Falcon is 650375, the old Monarch Number was F588.  This latch is used on the above devices that are Fire Rated, meaning you can not dog these device in the Unlock Position.  If your device has the ability to be dogged open, then use the G588 Non Fire Rated Version

The E Trim Solenoid PKG is used on the FSA/FSE Electric Lock/Unlock Lever Trims.   It is sometimes called the 600293 FSA/FSE Solenoid Kit.  The unit measure 1-1/2" long by 3/4" diameter.  The hole spacing on the mounting bracket is 3/4" on centers.

Monarch Falcon 299 Strike for 25-R and 24-R Devices

The Monarch Falcon 299 Strike is used on the 25-R and 24-R Devices.  The 299 strike measures 1-1/4" wide by 2-7/8" high with a slotted hole spacing of 2-1/8". The roller projects out 13/16".  This strike is the same as the Von Duprin 299 Strike.

Monarch Exit Device 912L Lever Trim

The 912L measures 7-1/4" high by 1-3/4" wide and the mounting plate is 5/8" thick.  We ship these with the Dane Lever, which projects out 2-7/8" in the Classroom function.  This lever is for use on the Monarch/Falcon 19 Series.  On the Night Latch function the key locks and unlocks the lever handle, the Key Cylinder is not included.  This lever trim is field reversible, so handing is not needed.  We offer this Lever Trim in Painted Aluminum, Painted Dark Bronze, and Brushed Satin Nickel.
