The Von Duprin 385A Strike is used on the floor for the Von Duprin 2227, 8827, 9827 and 9927 Surface Vertical Rods. The strike face plate outside dimensions are 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" with an inside dimension of 1-1/8" by 1". This floor strike features a bolt that can be cemented into the floor. Zinc plated finish.

The Von Duprin 22, 33, 33A, 98 and 99 dogging shaft is the current dogging shaft. And has been in production since 1998.   If your device is from before 1998, then you would use the 050709.   This is the piece that the dogging key would fit into. The shaft is for a 5/32" dog key. #4 on diagram

The 299F strike measures 1-1/4" wide by 2-7/8" high with a slotted hole spacing of 2-1/8". The roller projects out 13/16". The non fire rated version would be the Von Duprin Strike 299.

This is the component that is designed to break, if the lever handle is forced to open , this pin snaps so your trim is not destroyed. 3/16" diameter shaft by 5/8" overall length. Retaining Ring included.  This shear pin is used on the 230L, 360L, 992L, 994L and 996L Von Duprin Lever Trims.

Von Duprin 386DT Dummy Trim

This Von Duprin 386DT Dummy Trim is just a pull handle. The bolt pattern of the trim plate lines up with the Von Durpin 33A on the inside so they are on conhesive unit. The base plate measures 7-15/16" by 1-5/8". The grip measures 8-1/2" by 4-5/16" with a 2-7/16" projection. This 386DT Dummy Trim is non handed.

The Von Duprin 22 Mechanism Metal End Cap 900397 is new for 2016.  This new kit replaces the 900397 with a metal end cap, which is has always been a weak link of the 22 series.  The package includes the End Cap, Bracket and the Mounting Screws.  This cap and bracket will work on all of the 22 and 2227 series.

This is the end cap that goes on the hinge side of the door. When the cap breaks off the Dogging Cover Plate just slides off. Works on all of the Von Duprin 22 exit devices. This strike is used when we have a double door application without a center post. By using this strike we can have one door with a surface vertical rod and one door a rim device, which will save money because vertical rods are usually expensive. This strike can be used with the Von Duprin 22/2227, 88/8827, 98/9827 and 99/9927 combinations, but not with the Fire Rated Versions. The strike base measures 1-1/16" wide by 3-1/4" high, the lip projects out 7/8". The three slots are 1-1/4" on center. This strike ships with the mounting screws.

Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices. The model 6111 retrofits model number VD 3031, and measures 1-5/8” wide, 6” high and has a backbox depth of 1-3/4”.    Other voltages and replacement parts are available.
