Metal Door Automatic Flush Bolts FB31P

Fully automatic-inactive door is latched, bolts are extended when active door closes, door is unlatched, bolts retract when active door is opened. The Ives FB31P Body is 1” wide by 6-3/4” long and 2” deep. Bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” adjustment with a 3/4” backset,  standard rod is 12” which is measured from the center of latch body to the bolt tip.

Monarch 19 Series End Cap

Black plastic end cap measures 2-1/16" high by 1-5/8" wide with a 1-7/16" projection. Cap mounts on to the two mounting holes fo the End Cap Bracket which are about 9/16" on center.

Zamac die cast construction, polished chrome finish. Latch base is 4" high with 2-3/4" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/16" long by 3/4" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 9/16" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. Cal-Royal 9000 Series Lever Trim HDESC is for use on the 9800 and 9800 Exit Devices. The Trim has a clutch mechanism to prevent breaking and two heavy duty springs to prevent sagging. Escutcheon measures 2-5/8 inches wide by 10-5/8 inches long.  The lever projects out 2-7/8 inches. Key locks or unlocks lever.
