Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

Comtec Toilet Partitions Aluminum Slide Bolt Latch 3-1/2" Screws

Clear anodized aluminum construction. Base is 4-1/2" tall by 2" wide by 1/8" thick. Latch bolt is 3-1/8" long by 1" wide by 1/4" thick, and has a 1" throw. The latch bolt is 9/16" from the bottom of the base to the under side of the latch bolt. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Aluminum Slide Bolt Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. This latch is usually used on Solid Plastic (HDPE) Toilet Partitions. The manufacture part #'s are 4988, 650-4051, 650-8543 and HLSLA.

The headrail goes over the top of the pilaster which is 1" for the headrail to fit over the top of the pilaster. The slot is for 1/4" curtain hook. The headrail bolts to the pilaster for stability at the top. Overall dimension is 1-1/4"x1-3/4"ht. Also known as part number 620060, 620074.

The Von Duprin 55 End Case is the housing on the hinge side of the door.   The function of this housing is to lift the cross bar, and support the function of the Active Case.  If your housing is on the right side when standing inside looking out, then you would order the Right Hand Case.  The package includes the housing, springs and back plate, the arm is not included.  The current part number on this part is 050196 and 050197, the old part number is 111931 and 111932.

Toilet Partition Alcove Clip Set, 2 Pieces, For 1" To 1-1/4" Panel Chrome Plated

These clips are 1-1/2" tall x 2-1/4" wide. The screws are 1-1/2" on center, with 1/4" diameter holes. The clip is constructed of polished chrome plated zamac die cast materail. This part is also know as Bathroom Stall Alcove Clip Set, or Toilet Partition Alcove Clip. The manufacturers part number is 8340, 560157, and 650-6656. These clips are sold in sets with the fasteners. They are used to connect a 1" panel to a 1-1/4" panel.

The latch bolt clearance is 9/16" from the back of the base to the underside of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed.
