Used on all the Von Durpin 9827 and 9927's. This latch updates your current latch if your device was installed before October 1998. If your device is newer that October 1998, then use the G050400. This is usually the problem if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor. Includes screws.

The Adams Rite 8600EL Electric latch Retraction Concealed Vertical Rod is designed for narrow stile aluminum framed glass doors.  The device will fit on stile widths of 2" or more.   The EL version We recommend this device for replacement or upgrading your current 8600 to Latch Retraction, modifying your existing door to this exit device will be labor intensive.  The 8611EL would be for the aluminum finish and the 8622EL would be or the dark bronze finish.

Metpar Partitions Slide Bolt Latch with indicator Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. The latch housing face plates measure 1-3/4" wide by 1-1/4" high. The latch thickness is 1-1/16". The latch bolt measures 3/4" by 3/16" with a 15/32" throw. Also known as a Metpar Bathroom Stall Concealed Latch. Manufacturer part # 4240, 13882. Metpar Toilet Partitions is the only manufacture that we know of that uses this latch.

Standard 4040 LCN series closer shipped with regular arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws. Non-sized cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb, and parallel arm w/PA Shoe on either right or left swinging doors. Corbin Russwin ED4200S Latch Assembly

The Corbin Russwin ED4200S 681F618 Latch Assembly is used on the Narrow Stile SecureBolt Exit Device.  The difference between the ED5200S and ED4200S Latch Assembly is the location of the Hub.  Hub on the ED4200S Latch Assembly is located on the center line of the Assembly Mounting Screws.

The Monarch Falcon 2130 Bottom Latch Strike is used on the 19-V, 24-V, 25-V and XX-V devices.  This strike usually fits into the threshold or is recessed into the floor.

The design of the Doromatic 1690 is ideal for demanding, high-traffic applications. The vertical rods and latch mechanisms are concealed in the vertical door stile, ensuring trouble-free operation. Cast metal cover plates and end caps hold up to rigorous use. A quick, singlepoint dogging feature in the housing deactivates the device, permitting unrestricted traffic flow. The Doromatic Exit Device 1690/1990 Pullman Latch Assembly PB132 is for use with Electric Strikes only.  This part is also some times called the Doromatic PL Bottom Latch.
