Metal Door Flush Bolt FB458

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. We try to stock the 12" rods, which are standard, but we can also get 18", 24", 36" and 48"

This plunger type door holder manufactured by H.B. H.B. Ives FB41 Series are sold has Top, Bottom or in Pairs (top and bottom). Fully automatic, inactive door is latched when active door closes, bolts retract when active door is opened. Top Bolt has no spring tension. They are non handed, but the top and bottom bolts are different. The body size is 1" wide, 8-1/2" tall and 2" deep, the bolts have a 3/4" throw with a 7/8" vertical adjustment.

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge.
