The Door Pull Offset #39 Handle is constructed of either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel. The handle is 1" diameter tubing with a 2-3/4" offset and 2-3/4" projection. This is the most common type of handle you use today.  Just about every aluminum framed storefront door has a version of this handle. This handle is available in 8", 10", 12" and 18" centers on the mounting holes. The back to back mounting is for Metal or Wood Doors that are 1-3/4 thick. Included fastener is threaded into one of the handles, and the Stud End has fits into the inside handle and is held in place by a set screw on the handle.

Package includes two offset pull handles and fastening hardware. Shown in Polished Stainless Steel with 12 inch centers.

The steel paddle is photo-luminescent sign providing managed security and a 100 decibel alarm for secondary exits. The device features a single point 1" dead bolt, attack resistant design withstands over 2200 pounds of outside pull force and is non handed. Locking and unlocking the dead bolt always arms and disarms the alarm.  Rim Cylinder is not included.

The Truth 14.80 hinge is the most common of the Truth Stainless Steel Casement Hinges. The stainless steel track is 10" long, the glide is a plastic coated steel. The most common problem on this hinge is the shoe. When the hinge is installed incorrectly or not maintained the shoe could pull out the window track. This Truth hinge is used on the Wi1510, Wi1511, Wi1516, Wi1518, Wi1531, Wi1532, Wi1594 and Wi2301.

This hinge is sold in pairs (one top and one bottom). If your window is the opposite hand, the top hinge goes to the bottom and the bottom hinge goes to the top.

Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. The CRL PR90 is a Grade 1 door closer, the heaviest rating possible.  The template is the same as the LCN 4040 with the same features, latching speed, closing speed, back check and power adjustment from size 1 ADA compliant to size 6.

We offer the Standard Cylinder PR90 and also the Delayed Action PR92. Delayed Action will hold the door open for 15-20 seconds to allow handicap individuals to clear the opening before the door closes.
