Plunger Type Holder / Stop FS1153

This plunger type door holder manufactured by H.B. Ives features a contemporary yet economical method of positive Hold-Open.  It is constructed in sturdy cast aluminum for years of service.  The spring operated plunger activates with minimal pressure, releasing instantly with a light tap on the plat-form lever.  The plunger offers a 1-5/8" throw for all types of doors.  The ribbed non-marring rubber shoe is securely fastened to unit with a screw and is easily replaced when worn.

Wood Door Automatic Flush Bolt FB41

H.B. Ives FB41 Series are sold has Top, Bottom or in Pairs (top and bottom). Fully automatic, inactive door is latched when active door closes, bolts retract when active door is opened. Top Bolt has no spring tension. They are non handed, but the top and bottom bolts are different. The body size is 1" wide, 8-1/2" tall and 2" deep, the bolts have a 3/4" throw with a 7/8" vertical adjustment.

The Emco R1 Wall Rack system is perfect for hotels, restaurants, churches and schools. It is easy to install and built to last.  They project 12-1/8" from the wall and the support brackets are 12" high and 1-7/16" wide.  The slats measure 3/4" by 1" rectangle with a wall thickness of .062" and are constructed of extruded aluminum and have plastic end closures.  The mounting brackets are made of cast aluminum that is powder coated black.  For the slats we have the option of Silver Anodized Aluminum or Bronze Acrylic Coated Aluminum.  We show the more popular sizes on the website, but we can get these up to 50' long.  Manufacturer will use slip joints so the rack can ship UPS/FEDEX.  Hangers are not included.

Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71", Non-Handed, 14 Gauge, 1/4" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. Hinge had rounded edge 3/8" radius and is cam (gavity) self closing. Designed to be zero degree hold so that door will close flush with partition surface.
