The Matte Black Hadrian 1/2" Pedestal Support Brace is constructed of stainless steel. Pedestal support brace is used in place of a traditional pilaster where the pilaster anchors to the ground. This pedestal support brace allows pilasters to be off the ground but still provide structure to partitions. Designed to be used under a pilaster or panel that is 1/2" thickness. The Emco R1 Wall Rack system is perfect for hotels, restaurants, churches and schools. It is easy to install and built to last.  They project 12-1/8" from the wall and the support brackets are 12" high and 1-7/16" wide.  The slats measure 3/4" by 1" rectangle with a wall thickness of .062" and are constructed of extruded aluminum and have plastic end closures.  The mounting brackets are made of cast aluminum that is powder coated black.  For the slats we have the option of Silver Anodized Aluminum or Bronze Acrylic Coated Aluminum.  We show the more popular sizes on the website, but we can get these up to 50' long.  Manufacturer will use slip joints so the rack can ship UPS/FEDEX.  Hangers are not included.

The Truth 14.80 hinge is the most common of the Truth Stainless Steel Casement Hinges. The stainless steel track is 10" long, the glide is a plastic coated steel. The most common problem on this hinge is the shoe. When the hinge is installed incorrectly or not maintained the shoe could pull out the window track. This Truth hinge is used on the Wi1510, Wi1511, Wi1516, Wi1518, Wi1531, Wi1532, Wi1594 and Wi2301.

This hinge is sold in pairs (one top and one bottom). If your window is the opposite hand, the top hinge goes to the bottom and the bottom hinge goes to the top.

The Truth 14.75 hinge is the most common of the Truth Casement Hinges. The stainless steel track is 10" long, the glide is a plastic coated steel. The most common problem on this hinge is the shoe. When the hinge is installed incorrectly or not maintained the shoe could pull out the window track. Common numbers found on this hinge are 30744B, 31133C, 40942 and 40941.

This Truth hinge is used on the Wi1510, Wi1511, Wi1516, Wi1518, Wi1531, Wi1532, Wi1594 and Wi2301.

All doors are 1/4" narrower than door size for gapping and are 58" tall. All sizes are for the opening you have. A 36" door is for a 36" opening. Note we now offer Square Edge wrap hinges which are not very common, most have a slight round edge.

The Handicap Grab Bar is fabricated of #18 gauge stainless steel with a #4 satin finish.  They are available in 1 1/4” and 1-1/2” outside diameter.  All bars maintain a constant 1 1/2” offset, which is the distance between the inside of the bar and the mounting surface.  The mounting flanges have a 3” diameter.  We offer two types of mounting,  exposed screw mounting and snap on flange concealed. When properly installed they will easily support up to 250 pounds.  The recommended height for mounting these grab bars is 33 to 36” above the finished floor, but heights vary depending on local codes.  The overall length of a 12" grab bar is 15" due to the 3" diameter flanges.  Due to the various materials that these are mounted on, screws are not included.

ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).
