Wood Door Constant Latching Flush Bolt FB61P

The Ives FB61P is used on the inactive leaf of wood fire doors.   The latch remains extend until the active door is opened.   When the active door is opened the latches retract, and extend when the active door is closed.  The bodies measure 1” wide by 8-1/2” tall and 2” deep.  The bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” vertical adjustment, and has a 3/4” backset.   This package comes with the top and bottom flush bolts with screws and strikes.

The Cal-Royal 221 Bottom Strike is used on the 2000, 5000, 7000 and 9000 Panic Bars with Surface Vertical Rods. Strike measures 2-7/16 inches long with a 5/16 inch projection.  The hole spacing is 1-7/8 inches.

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. We try to stock the 12" rods, which are standard, but we can also get 18", 24", 36" and 48"

Wood Door Automatic Flush Bolt FB41

H.B. Ives FB41 Series are sold has Top, Bottom or in Pairs (top and bottom). Fully automatic, inactive door is latched when active door closes, bolts retract when active door is opened. Top Bolt has no spring tension. They are non handed, but the top and bottom bolts are different. The body size is 1" wide, 8-1/2" tall and 2" deep, the bolts have a 3/4" throw with a 7/8" vertical adjustment.

The 594 is constructed of solid brass. The latch bolt is 5/8 inch half round with a 9/16 inch throw.  The bolt ships with mounting screws and strike. The latch bolt has a chamfered end to draw the door in.

The offset door pull 44 is 5 inches by 12 inches.  It offers a 2 inch clearance with a 2-1/8 inch projection.  The mounting holes are 10 inches on centers.  The base block is 1 inch by 12 inches.

All doors are 1/4" narrower than door size for gapping and are 58" tall. All sizes are for the opening you have. A 36" door is for a 36" opening. The Jackson 1095P Paddle Exit Device is designed for use on narrow style aluminum storefront doors.  It features the same housing as the Jackson 1095, but with a paddle instead of a cross bar.  This peice is designed for aluminum or steel doors, it will not work on wood doors.   The device mounts on surface studs that need to be drilled and tapped on the door, if the door is wood, the threads will simply pull out.

Current style Global chrome plated door catch includes screws for mounting. This is used with the 9g600 latch in ss. Product part number is 40-8212360. This part has a 3/8" gap for the catch and is 2-1/8" in length, 1-5/8" hole spacing and is 3/4" wide.
