Corbin Russwin ED5200S Latch Assembly

The Corbin Russwin ED5200S 681F608 Latch Assembly is used on the Wider Stile SecureBolt Exit Device.  The difference between the ED5200S and ED4200S Latch Assembly is the location of the Hub.  Hub on the ED5200S Latch Assembly is located off the center line of the Assembly Mounting Screws.

Stamped stainless steel construction with a Black Finish. Slide lock measures 4-3/16" long by 1-1/8" tall by 15/32" thick. The mounting plate has mounting screws 1-1/4" on center and is 2-15/32" long. The lock projects out 1-3/16" from the face of the door. The indicator is 2" in diameter and 13/32" thick. The Ives Roller Latch RL1130 is a combination of the RL30 and an Angle Stop.  Tension is easy to adjust with the two tension screws on the face plate.

Common number found on this operator is 30905, which is found on the linkage arm, along with 45035 on the body, 40351 and 40352 on the arms. Also known as a TH-24174, TH-24175, TH-24176, and TH-24177. Replaces the TH-24018, TH-24019, TH-24020 and TH-24021.

Ives Roller Latch RL32

The Ives Roller Latch RL32 is constructed of Brass and Plated to your desired finish.  The body measures 1-1/8" wide by 2-1/4" high and 2-1/4" deep.  The roller is constructed of Nylon, and has an adjustable projection up to 1/2".  Fits a standard heavy-duty cylindrical lock cutout.

Hadrian partition steel stall Panels are available with many colors to choose from and sizes. Quick ship colors will ship in 48-72 hours. Usually one week delivery time for those colors. There is a 3 week lead time for non stock colors. The color chart shows an American flag which indicates a quickship color. All bathroom panels come with standard chrome plated panel kits which includes two each u brackets and two ear brackets. Stainless steel hardware is available as an option. Von Duprin 2227 surface mounted vertical rod exit device for all types of single and double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3, 2001, Grade 1. Covers stock hollow metal doors with 86 or 161 cutouts. Fits door stiles as narrow as 3-5/8". For doors as high as 7'1", if your door is higher than 7'1", please call.
