The Emco R1 Wall Rack system is perfect for hotels, restaurants, churches and schools. It is easy to install and built to last.  They project 12-1/8" from the wall and the support brackets are 12" high and 1-7/16" wide.  The slats measure 3/4" by 1" rectangle with a wall thickness of .062" and are constructed of extruded aluminum and have plastic end closures.  The mounting brackets are made of cast aluminum that is powder coated black.  For the slats we have the option of Silver Anodized Aluminum or Bronze Acrylic Coated Aluminum.  We show the more popular sizes on the website, but we can get these up to 50' long.  Manufacturer will use slip joints so the rack can ship UPS/FEDEX.  Hangers are not included.

Metal Door Automatic Flush Bolts FB31P

Fully automatic-inactive door is latched, bolts are extended when active door closes, door is unlatched, bolts retract when active door is opened. The Ives FB31P Body is 1” wide by 6-3/4” long and 2” deep. Bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” adjustment with a 3/4” backset,  standard rod is 12” which is measured from the center of latch body to the bolt tip.

Rods are also available in 18”, 24” and 36”, call for pricing.  We ship the 12” rods, and this set would include the top and bottom latches.

Cast stainless steel construction. The strike and keeper measures 2-1/2" tall by 1-15/16" wide by 1-17/32 deep. The mounting holes are 1-1/2" on center. The 8827 Chassis Tie Rod Package is the rod that goes through the top and bottom latches. The Tie Rod is held in place by the Special Chassis Nut. The Tie Rod measures 1-3/8" long by 3/16" diameter.
