Another feature is their well constructed shoe can be adjusted down as the rubber wears making the holder last way longer than their competitors. Another use for them is as a door floor lock if mounted on the other side of the door. Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. Dorma RTS88 Series overhead concealed door closer for both
single and double-acting doors. The RTS88 will consist of a steel
cam, rollers, and springs housed in a compact cast iron body.
Closers will be capable of being installed in minimum 1-3/4" x 4"
headers. RTS88 will have maximum door opening to 90º or 105º,
trim conditions permitting. Sweep and latch speed will be
controlled by two noncritical adjustment valves from 90º or 105º
to closed. Built-in pressure relief valve will protect the closer from
abuse caused by forced closing. A mechanical backcheck
combined with a positive stop at 90º or 105º will be provided to
protect the door and frame. The RTS88 closer will be available
with hold open at 90º or 105º, or without hold open. The product
shown here is just the replacement cylinder.

The Von Duprin 990TP Trim is the standard Thumb Piece Trim for the 99 and 98 Series devices.  The plate is constructed of Bronze or Stainless Steel and then plated to the desired finish.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall, and includes the mounting screws.  The stanchions coming off the back of the plate line up with the center case mounting screws.  The key cylinder locks and unlocks the thumb piece.  The Rim Cylinder shown in the picture is not included.

The Cal-Royal 9800 Rim Device is a grade 1 Heavy Duty Exit Device.   The 9800 has the same template as the 8800 and 9800 with escutcheon lever trim. The 36 inch device will be 32 inches wide and can be cut down an additional 2" to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches.  The 48 inch will be 44 inches wide and can be cut down to fit doors 36 inches wide. The device is non handed, meaning it will work on a left hand reverse or right hand reverse door. Strike and mounting screws are included.
