Another feature is their well constructed shoe can be adjusted down as the rubber wears making the holder last way longer than their competitors. Another use for them is as a door floor lock if mounted on the other side of the door. Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. The Adams Rite 8800EL Exit Device is the Electric Latch Retraction version of the 8800.  We see this used with many card readers, especially in Hotel/Motel applications.

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  If your door is 35" wide, then you would order the 36" device.  We want to make sure they device is wide enough to span the glass on the storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.

The Adams Rite 8600 Concealed Vertical Rod is designed for narrow stile aluminum framed glass doors.  The device will fit on stile widths of 2" or more.   We recommend this device for replacement only, modifying your existing door to this exit device will be labor intensive.  The 8611 would be for the aluminum finish and the 8622 would be or the dark bronze finish.  We try to keep the Aluminum and Dark Bronze in stock in the 36" and 48" devices.

Surface Mounted Slide Bolt Latch 3/8" Bar To Door Clearance

Zamac die cast construction, polished chrome finish. Latch base is 4" high with 2-3/4" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/4" long by 3/4" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 3/8" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Surface Mounted Slide Bolt Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. Manufacture part # 5030.

Truth 16.52 Sash Lock. A very common sash lock that tends to fail because the plastic slide breaks due to incorrect installation at the window manufacturer or being forced when there is a obstruction in the window opening. The new replacement model has a thicker plastic slide. Because the slide is thicker, the keeper, part # Wi41268 and Wi41269 might have to be shimmed with small washers.
