Partition Top Hinge Door Escutcheon For 7/8" Thick Door

Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. The outside dimensions of the escutcheon are 1" deep by 1-5/8" high by 2-3/8" wide with two of the three holes with a diameter of 5/16" and one at 7/32". This handle has a cross section dimension of 1/2" x 1" and is made of half round (underside is round) stock. The handle projects out 2-1/8" with a clearance of 1-5/8". Truth 14.17 Casement Hinge-Pair

The 14.17 is not that popular of a hinge. But if your track measures 14" than this is probably what you have. The hinge has a stack height of 7/16". The outside screw holes measure 12-3/8" on center. We sometimes find the number 30986 on the arm and 41498 and 41499 on the stainless steel track.

This hinge is sold in pairs (one top and one bottom). If your window is the opposite hand, the top hinge goes to the bottom and the bottom hinge goes to the top.

Another feature is their well constructed shoe can be adjusted down as the rubber wears making the holder last way longer than their competitors. Another use for them is as a door floor lock if mounted on the other side of the door. Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. Falcon/Monarch 19 Series Hex Dogging Assembly and Cover have been changed.  As of April 12, 2022 the kit now includes a new style dogging assembly also.

We know this kit will work on the 19/24/25 Series, and are not sure if it will work on the Monarch 17/18 Series Dogging Cover goes over the dogging mechanism on the hinge side of the exit device. Sometimes when the end cap goes missing, this cover plate also disappears.
