The International Door Closer (IDC) 8710S is a narrow design rim device. The minimum stile width has to be 2-19/32 inches. The device features a 3/4 inch throw deadlocking latchbolt, hex key dogging, and ships with machine screws and strike. The device is Grade 1 Rated, which is the highest rating possible. The 36 inch device is 33-15/32 long and the 48 is 44-3/4 inches.

Zamac die cast construction, polished chrome finish. Latch base is 4-1/2" high with 3-1/2" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/32" long by 1" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 9/16" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. Zamac die casting that is polished chrome plated. The strike and keeper is 2-1/2" tall by 1-7/8" wide. The stop sticks out 3/4" and has a rubber bumper on it. The two mounting screws are 1-1/2" on center. The latch bolt slot is 1-9/16" high by 5/16" deep. This keeper bumper is designed for use on a 1-1/4" Post or Pilaster for inswinging doors. Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71", Non-Handed, 14 Gauge, 1/4" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. Hinge had rounded edge 3/8" radius and is cam (gavity) self closing. Designed to be zero degree hold so that door will close flush with partition surface. The Bathroom Stall hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry.

The PBB Shim Hinge is for use in Fire Doors where the doors are not square.  Putting cardboard or wood shims on fire doors is prohibited, so they have come up with a solution where one of the leaves are drilled tapped and a set screw is inserted.  These hinges are only available in 4.5 x 4.5 sizes in brushed chrome finish. They are sold in boxes of three hinges and come with wood and machine screws. The base metal is steel.

Jack Nut 1/4-20

The Jack Nut is used on hollow metal doors to fasten door closers, door closer arms, exit devices and continuous hinges.

The Von Duprin 55EO Exit Device is used primarily on aluminum framed glass doors, otherwise known as Narrow Stile Doors.   It is one of the most heavy duty cross bar devices made, and has been in production since at least the 1970's. 

The International 8000 Series End Cap is used on the hinge side of the the exit device.  This cap includes the mounting bracket and the mounting screws.   It is constructed of a die cast metal for years of service.  The piece measures 2-3/8" by 2-1/4" by 1-1/2".  This end cap is used on the International Door Closer models, 8510S, 8610S, 8710S, 8810S, 8620S, 8530S, and 8650S devices, along with the same devices ending in F.

Full Mortise Double Acting Spring Hinge

Used mainly for commercial kitchen doors,  or any commercial double swinging door.   Sold in sets of 2 hinges, they will handle doors up to 75 lbs that are 1-3/4" thick.   If you door weighs between 75 and 107 lbs, you should use 3 hinges.  The door flange is designed for a standard 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" template mortise.   Hinges ship with wood and metal mounting screws.
