Retractable Wood Grain Phenolic Seat rh,This L-shaped reversible shower seat is ADA compliant and comes with a one-piece, one-half inch thick wood-grain phenolic top.  The reversible L-shaped component allows the handing of the seat to be determined in the field.  The seat is 32 inches by 23 inches and includes a self-locking mechanism to secure the seat in the upright position when it is not in use.  The tubular components are fabricated from stainless steel.

Norton 7700 Series Power Track

The Norton Power Track Closer-Holders combine the functions of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series Door Closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism and is available with or without an integral smoke detector. The closer is mounted on the door. The Power Track and hook-up box are mounted to the frame face for pull side installations or the frame soffit for push side installations.

Two versions, the Master Unit (PTDO) and the Support Unit (PTO). The PTDO has an integral smoke detector. The PTO can be plugged into the PTDO or into your existing fire alarm system. Both units can be mount pull side of the closed door, or the push side, please specify when ordering. Specify voltage (24 volt or 120 volt) and color (aluminum or dark brown). Dark Brown is a 3 week lead time, Aluminum is in stock.

The PTDO Master Unit is no longer available, they were discontinued in the 2024.

All PR80 Closers are UL listed and warranted for ten years. Parallel Arm Brackets and mounting hardware are included with each closer permitting universal installation for regular, top jamb or parallel arm applications. The closer is supplied with a standard plastic slim style cover.

The closer is sized for 2 to 5 spring tension and will work on doors 24" to 54" Wide and 33 to 264 Lbs. This closer has a hole spacing of 3/4 x 9-1/16 inches.

Von Duprin NL Drive Screw 090074

The 090074 NL Drive Screw is used on the Von Duprin 22, 98 and 99 Exit Devices to control the rotation of the key cylinder cam. This small set screw, screws into the back of the chassis assembly next to the receptor for the Rim Key Cylinder. The set screw measures 5/16" long by 3/16" diameter. Note: When the NL drive screw is left in back of device, the outside cylinder will function only as a Night Latch. The Night Latch function means the door can only be opened, but not dogged open with the key cylinder.

The control link pin is the connector pin, that connects the latch head assembly to the push bar assembly. When the push bar is pushed in it retracts the latch bolt and the pin connects the two pieces. This Control Link Pin is used on the Von Duprin 22, 33A, 98 and 99 Panic Devices.

Bobrick fixed position tilt mirrors known as B-293 series. These mirrors are ADA approved and are required for commercial restrooms that provide handicap accessibility. The frame is type 304 stainless steel with beveled edges of the frame hug the mirror. This provides a gapless fit for improved appearance and safety when cleaning. The product is a plate glass. Another feature is their well constructed shoe can be adjusted down as the rubber wears making the holder last way longer than their competitors. Another use for them is as a door floor lock if mounted on the other side of the door. Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. It can be opened from the inside as normal with your foot or hand. A very inexpensive security lock.

Zamac die cast construction and polished chrome plated. The keeper and strike is 2-1/2" tall by 1-7/8" wide. The stop is 17/32" thick and projects out 3/4". The mounting holes are 1-1/2" on center.
