LCN Door Closer 1250 Rw/PA

This new LCN Door Closer is a direct replacement for the Norton 1600 and Yale 50 Series Door Closers.  It features, a cast aluminum cylinder, 15 year warranty, hole spacing 3/4” x 9-16”, powder coated finishes, and stick on mounting template.  This door closer comes with the ability to mount on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.   The door closer meets Grade 1-ANSI A156.4, UL/cUL, ADA and the Buy American Act certifications.

Standard 4020 series closer shipped with regular arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws. Sized cylinders for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Non-sized cylinder adjustable for interior doors to 4’6” and exterior doors to 3’6”. Closer mounts top jamb (push side), specify right or left swinging door. 4021 cylinder meets ADA requirements.

Improve safety and prevent worn carpet edges on steps; for new or renovation work. Butt 1/4” to 3/8” thick carpet against both the top and bottom lips of butt-type carpet nosing. Standard 8’ lengths; easily cut to size. Install with #400 Neoprene Contact Cement or #300 Water-based Contact Adhesive.

The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. This full length door stop with block the gap between the door and the post next to it. For an outswing the latch locks on the back side of the bumper. The door keeper and strike is 54" in length and has 5 holes spaced at 13" apart and starts at 1" from the top and the bottom. Also known as 134314 strike & keeper channel. Includes all hardware.

Wood Door Constant Latching Flush Bolt FB61P

The Ives FB61P is used on the inactive leaf of wood fire doors.   The latch remains extend until the active door is opened.   When the active door is opened the latches retract, and extend when the active door is closed.  The bodies measure 1” wide by 8-1/2” tall and 2” deep.  The bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” vertical adjustment, and has a 3/4” backset.   This package comes with the top and bottom flush bolts with screws and strikes.
