The design of the Doromatic 1690 is ideal for demanding, high-traffic applications. The vertical rods and latch mechanisms are concealed in the vertical door stile, ensuring trouble-free operation. Cast metal cover plates and end caps hold up to rigorous use. A quick, singlepoint dogging feature in the housing deactivates the device, permitting unrestricted traffic flow. The Doromatic 1690 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 1990 Series crossbar device.

Metal Swivel Glide for a chair with  1" O.D. X 7/8" I.D. leg. This Metal Glide also has a Ferrule on the top. Metal base swivel glides for round tubing, with 9/16" high ferrule. 1-1/4" base diameter on this glide. Metal base glides are very popular in schools and institutions and move easily across smooth or carpeted floors.  Metal base glides are nickel plated and are extremely durable, but when they do wear out, they will scratch the floor.  The glide freely swivels beyond 30 degree angle. This Von Duprin Strike is used for the bottom latch of the 2227, 8827, 9827 and 9927. The strike measures 1-7/8" by 1-7/8" outside dimension of the square flange, with an inside dimension of 1-1/8" by 1-1/8". The part that is inserted into the floor is 1-3/8" x 1-3/8" and drops down 13/16". Also known as a Von Duprin Floor Mounted Mortise Strike.

The Von Duprin 990NL Trim is the standard NIght Latch Trim for the 99 and 98 Series devices.  The plate is constructed of Bronze or Stainless Steel and then plated to the desired finish.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall, and includes the mounting screws.  The stanchions coming off the back of the plate line up with the center case mounting screws.  The Rim Cylinder shown in the picture is not included.
