Gravity Door Coordinator 9"

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.

Gravity action arm and door bracket are adjustable on the job for ease of installation. Rubber roller provides quiet and efficient operation, and helps protect the astragal and doors from damage. The PBB Shim Hinge is for use in Fire Doors where the doors are not square.  Putting cardboard or wood shims on fire doors is prohibited, so they have come up with a solution where one of the leaves are drilled tapped and a set screw is inserted.  These hinges are only available in 4.5 x 4.5 sizes in brushed chrome finish. They are sold in boxes of three hinges and come with wood and machine screws. The base metal is steel.

Toilet partition Aluminum Pilaster Stiffeners for restroom stalls. The Pilaster Stiffener is constructed of extruded aluminum. Measures 3-1/2" wide by 75" length. Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break. To be installed as close as possible to the edge of the pilaster that is closest to the door. Comes pre-drilled with 14 holes and comes with screws for mounting. Can be utilized with any manufacturer for partitions but sizes could vary. Commonly known as 40-8447334(Global/Accurate), CI-76STIFFENER(Scranton) and 627240(Hadrian).

Stamped stainless steel .075" thick construction. The strike and keeper measure 2-7/8" high by 2" wide with a 1-7/8" hole spacing. The stop posts are 5/8" wide by 7/8" tall with rubber inserts. The Jackson 1095P Paddle Exit Device is designed for use on narrow style aluminum storefront doors.  It features the same housing as the Jackson 1095, but with a paddle instead of a cross bar.  This peice is designed for aluminum or steel doors, it will not work on wood doors.   The device mounts on surface studs that need to be drilled and tapped on the door, if the door is wood, the threads will simply pull out.
