The NortonSeries 78-B/F Traditional Surface Closers represent a combination of traditional styling and modern closer features. All closer sizes are contained within a single size aluminum alloy shell. Templates for installing this closer are the same for all closer sizes.

The Cal-Royal 4500 Series Lever Trim is for use on the 45-RIM and 45-SVR Exit Devices. The Lever Trim is non handed and ships with a 6-pin C Keyway Cylinder. The function is Classroom, which means the key will lock or unlock the lever. The lever also incorporates a clutch function so the mechanism will not break when excessive force is applied to the lever.

The Detex BN ValueSeries Lever Trim measures 1-29/32 wide by 8-1/4 inches tall, and the escutcheon is 15/16 inches thick.  We ship the Classroom Function where the keys locks and unlocks the lever, other functions are available. The Lever trim does not ship with the Mortise Cylinder.

In April of 2023 Norton Yale have discontinued the 2300 and 9300.  The Norton 1600 will be sent in place of the 2300.   Same Hole Spacing, but adjustable spring tension.

The Von Duprin 996L Lever Trim replaces the 992L, and 994L and is the latest generation of the 99 Lever Trim.

The escutcheon plate measures 2-3/4" wide by 10-3/4" high and projects out 27/32". The handle projection is 2-7/8". This lever handle is handed, but is field reversible. Key lock and unlocks lever.

The LCN Sentronic Door Closer 3130SE is a concealed overhead door closer

Standard 3130SE series closer shipped with a standard arm, 24V or 120V SE track (please specify), track roller, and wood and machine screw pack. Sized cylinders for interior doors to 4’0”. The E Trim Solenoid PKG is used on the FSA/FSE Electric Lock/Unlock Lever Trims.   It is sometimes called the 600293 FSA/FSE Solenoid Kit.  The unit measure 1-1/2" long by 3/4" diameter.  The hole spacing on the mounting bracket is 3/4" on centers.

The Monarch 25 Series Lever Trim 510L is used on the 25 Series Devices.  The Escutcheon measures 2-3/4" x 9-3/4.  The Lever is field reversible.

The 220-2520 is the Grit Stripped version of the 7850R Service Weight Smooth Rubber Treads.  The 220 comes with two 3/4" grit strips, the 2520 would be the visually impaired version with one 2" wide strip. The treads are 1/8" thick along the entire depth of the treads, and have a nose that drops down 1-9/16". They are designed for interior use.

Standard new 4030 series closer is shipped with forged regular arm, metal cover and wood/self-tapping machine screw pack.
