This is the Top Latch Kit for the Von Duprin 8827-F. The 8827-F is the Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod device usually used on interior doors to contain a fire. The Fire Rated version would not have dog screws to lock the device in the retracted postion.

The 7520R is a smooth surface rubber stair tread.   These treads come in Square and Round Nose, this page is for the Round Nose, for Square Nose search 7520R. The treads are 1/8" thick along the entire depth of the treads, and have a nose that drops down 1-9/16".  The 7520R Round Nose is not available with the Grit Stripping. They are designed for interior use.

You have two choices on the Grit Stripping, the Visual Impaired 1-2" wide or 2-3/4" wide grit tape strips. The treads are 1/4" thick at the nose and taper to 3/16" at the rear. These treads are only available in Square Nose. They are designed for interior use.

The GS620D Rubber Stair Tread with Grit Stripping. The GS620D is only available in the square nose.   This tread offers an 1/8" nose thickness, has an adjustable and tapered nose. STAIR TREAD MOUNTING TAPE

Speeds installation of vinyl stair treads without the mess! Tape is sold in 4" wide rolls of 164 feet.

We recommend two strips of tape per tread. One on the nose and one at the back. As an example for the 36" tread you would need 72" or 6' of tape.

For 3/4" - 2-1/2" Thick Partition Doors. The Latch Bar extends 3/4", Over all dimensions 1-11/16" x 2-11/16". Also known as 124563. The bolt comes out 3/4" x 7/16" wide x 1/4" thick.

The GS920R One-Piece Rubber Stair Tread has a 3/16" thick nose and tapers to 5-16" at the back.  The nose is adjustable and tapered for a perfect fit.  The benefit of a one piece tread is the ease of cleanng, there is not a groove at the back of the step to collect debris. The Falcon/Monarch Fire Rated Top Latch is used on the F-19-V, F-24-V, F-25-V, F-18-V and F-XX-V Surface Vertical Rods.  The new number from Falcon is 650375, the old Monarch Number was F588.  This latch is used on the above devices that are Fire Rated, meaning you can not dog these device in the Unlock Position.  If your device has the ability to be dogged open, then use the G588 Non Fire Rated Version
