Included in the kit is a top and bottom hinge, concealed latch, keeper bumper, pintle, cam, coat hook and bumper, all of the hinge pins and the security screws.  The manufacture part number is 40-8263501. Wood Door Constant Latching Flush Bolt FB61P

The Ives FB61P is used on the inactive leaf of wood fire doors.   The latch remains extend until the active door is opened.   When the active door is opened the latches retract, and extend when the active door is closed.  The bodies measure 1” wide by 8-1/2” tall and 2” deep.  The bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” vertical adjustment, and has a 3/4” backset.   This package comes with the top and bottom flush bolts with screws and strikes.

One of the biggest problems with rubber chair tips is the metal leg punching through the rubber feet. This happens because the metal chair legs are sharp and blunt. By installing a chair tube cap first, the rubber chair leg has more of a surface area to displace the weight.
