Metal Door Automatic Flush Bolts FB31P

Fully automatic-inactive door is latched, bolts are extended when active door closes, door is unlatched, bolts retract when active door is opened. The Ives FB31P Body is 1” wide by 6-3/4” long and 2” deep. Bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” adjustment with a 3/4” backset,  standard rod is 12” which is measured from the center of latch body to the bolt tip.

Rods are also available in 18”, 24” and 36”, call for pricing.  We ship the 12” rods, and this set would include the top and bottom latches.

Polished chrome plated Zamac construction. The strike and keeper measure 2-1/2" high by 1-7/8" deep by 1/8" thick. The stop has a 3/4" projection and is 9/16' deep with a rubber insert. The 591 manual flush bolt is for wood doors and is UL listed. It is constructed of solid brass. The face plate is 1 x 6-3/4 inches. The mortised body is 6 inches high by 1-3/8 deep by 1 inch thick. The screw spacing is 1/2 by 6-1/4 inches on centers.
