LCN Door Closer Parallel Arm Shoe

This is the shoe that LCN uses on some of there door closers for the parallel arm mounted door closers. A parallel arm closer is a door closer that has the arm parallel to the door when the door is closed. This part is also known as the 1260-62PA, 1460-62PA, 4030-62PA, and 4040-62PA. Ships with mounting screws.

Cast stainless steel 5-1/2" double door pulls, for 3/4" thick doors. Also known as 900112 Replaced by 630112. Overall width is 6-3/4" and has hole spacing of 5-7/8" between screws.

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF40A or F40A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. The length is 57" and is used on a 1-1/4" slight round edge pilaster for mounting. Used with 1" doors and has a concealed turn latch with the pin coming out the center edge of the door. Gravity Door Coordinator

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.
