Wood Door Constant Latching Flush Bolt FB61P

The Ives FB61P is used on the inactive leaf of wood fire doors.   The latch remains extend until the active door is opened.   When the active door is opened the latches retract, and extend when the active door is closed.  The bodies measure 1” wide by 8-1/2” tall and 2” deep.  The bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” vertical adjustment, and has a 3/4” backset.   This package comes with the top and bottom flush bolts with screws and strikes.

Toilet partition pilaster shoes is designed to anchor directly to floor. Shoe is constructed of 20 gauge 304 stainless steel that is stamped and welded in a satin finish with square edges. Each shoe comes with fasteners and installation torx bit. Measurement is 3" tall and is designed to hold a pilaster that is 1" wide. Partition Pilaster will sit inside the shoe. This shoe is typically used with solid plastic partitions but could be used with different types of partition materials.

The Foot Operated Door Pull is a low cost solution to keep your hands off of high traffic handles. It is constructed of cast aluminum, and measures 4" wide by 1-7/32" high with a 2-3/8" projection. The package includes fasteners, door decal and installation tool.

The Swivel Glide 5/8" O.D. with Ferrule Outside Holding Clip Nylon Base is used on American Desk, Artco Bell, Carter Craft, Krueger, Peabody and Virco Chairs. Nylon or Plastic Base Glides slide easily across floors as long as the floor is free of grit and grime.  When you do have grit or grime on the floor, it gets impregnated in the nylon and will scratch the floor.  The top freely swivels beyond 30 degree angle. Metal Door Flush Bolt FB458

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. We try to stock the 12" rods, which are standard, but we can also get 18", 24", 36" and 48"

The Matte Black Hadrian Headrail is constructed of aluminum and designed to fit over the top of a 3/4" Pilaster. Comes in lengths of 60", 74" and 96" and are able to be cut down to size needed. Headrails help provide stability for partitions. Known as manufacturers part number 670060-BLK, 670074-BLK, and 670096-BLK.

ASI Matte Black twin hide a roll toilet paper dispenser is surface mounted. This unit holds two rolls (5-1/4") diameter roughly 1800 sheets. Designed so that when bottom roll is used top roll should drop down in place. Product comes with theft resistant spindles. The product is stainless steel with a matte black powder coated finish. The Cal-Royal 9800 Rim Device is a grade 1 Heavy Duty Exit Device.   The 9800 has the same template as the 8800 and 9800 with escutcheon lever trim. The 36 inch device will be 32 inches wide and can be cut down an additional 2" to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches.  The 48 inch will be 44 inches wide and can be cut down to fit doors 36 inches wide. The device is non handed, meaning it will work on a left hand reverse or right hand reverse door. Strike and mounting screws are included.

The 220-2520 is the Grit Stripped version of the 7850R Service Weight Smooth Rubber Treads.  The 220 comes with two 3/4" grit strips, the 2520 would be the visually impaired version with one 2" wide strip. The treads are 1/8" thick along the entire depth of the treads, and have a nose that drops down 1-9/16". They are designed for interior use.

The Partition Privacy Covers, Great for Restroom Partition Door Gaps. Block's gaps between door and pilaster for both sides. Includes 2 per package, one for each side of door, 58" Tall.  The Cover is just under 2" wide with the clear rigid vinyl mounting strip being 7/8" wide, and the cover being 1-1/8" wide. This product ships in an oversize box ground. This product is not recommended for solid plastic partitions, HDPE or solid polymer material. This is great for powder coated steel, plastic laminate, stainless steel and solid phenolic materials only.

The 594 is constructed of solid brass. The latch bolt is 5/8 inch half round with a 9/16 inch throw.  The bolt ships with mounting screws and strike. The latch bolt has a chamfered end to draw the door in.

Usually found on light commercial or residential buildings with hopper windows. This hinge is being discontinued, and replaced by the 201SS Hinge, which has the same hole spacing, length, and stack height.

Wood Door Automatic Flush Bolt FB41

H.B. Ives FB41 Series are sold has Top, Bottom or in Pairs (top and bottom). Fully automatic, inactive door is latched when active door closes, bolts retract when active door is opened. Top Bolt has no spring tension. They are non handed, but the top and bottom bolts are different. The body size is 1" wide, 8-1/2" tall and 2" deep, the bolts have a 3/4" throw with a 7/8" vertical adjustment.
