Chrome plated parts include wrap hinges, keeper bumper, ada turn latch, cover plate, pintle, nylon cam, double door pulls, coat hook & bumper, top pin and all security screws included. For Hadrian partitions in steel or stainless steel partitions only. This product manufacture number is 601025, replaces 601005.

The Dor-O-Matic 2390 231CA Cylinder Kit converts your 2390 exit only to a Night Latch or Hold Back function key lock.  All the hardware is included in the package to convert your device, except for the Mortise Cylinder.  Housing measures 4-1/2" tall by 1-11/16" wide with a 1-1/8" projection.  We send the 231CA which includes the Schlage B502-191 Cam.   The 239CA is the same kit, but without the Schlage Cam.

International 53K01 Lever Trim

The International 53K01 Lever Trim is for the 5000 Series International Door Closer exit device.  The rose diameter is 3-3/8", with a lever length of 4",  and the projection is 3".  Available in Aluminum or Dark Bronze colors.   Available in Dummy, Passage, Classroom and Storeroom functions.   Classroom function the  key locks and unlocks the Lever Handle, if you turn the key one way it is  only unlocked for that one passage, if you turn the key the other way, the Lever is unlocked until it is locked again.   Storeroom/Night Latch function the Lever is always locked. Passage the lever is always free to open the door, it is never locked.  Dummy the lever is stiff and only acts as a pull.

Mills Partitions ADA Concealed Slide Bolt Latch Concealed Chrome Plated

Covers are polished chrome plated. Latch cover plates are 1-3/4" wide by 1-3/8" high. The latch switch is 1-15/32" wide. The latch bolt is 3/8" diameter. This is the Bottom Latch Kit for the Von Duprin 8827-F. The 8827-F is the Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod device usually used on interior doors to contain a fire. The Fire Rated version would not have dog screws to lock the device in the retracted postion.

We sometimes find 20-1624-4001, or 20-1604-4001 stamped on the back of the closer. If your door closer is stamped 20-1603-4001 or 20-1623-4001, you might want to double check the hole spacing. The 20-1603-4001 usually has a hole spacing of 3/4" x 8-3/16", you could use the International Door Closer 853 as a replacement.

We ship the 1601 Norton Door Closer, which is a non size (meaning you can adjust the spring tension), which will work in place of the 1603BC, 1604BC, 1605BC and 1606BC.

The Stainless Stel Indicator Latch and Keeper are designed to work with for 1" doors and 1-1/4" pilasters thickness. Constructed of stainless steel with a brushed finish. Comes fasteners for installation. Known as manufacturers part numbers 905200,910128 and 910129.

In April of 2023 Norton Yale have discontinued the 2300 and 9300.  The Norton 1600 will be sent in place of the 2300.   Same Hole Spacing, but adjustable spring tension.

Found in commercial aluminum framed hopper windows.

10", 12" and 14" only, if you have an older larger size, please use the A.W. Anderberg 301ST or A.W. Anderberg 301SS as a replacement. You might have to shim the tracks in these cases, because the stack height is lower on the steel and stainless steel hinges. A.W. Anderberg no longer makes the larger sizes of the Aluminum Hinges due to the brittle nature of aluminum.

Sold Individually, these hinges are non-handed. We recommend that you change both hinges when replacing.
