The International Door Closer 3010-S Side Load Arm is used with the 200, 300 and 500 Series Concealed Overhead Door Closer for Center Hung Doors.   The arm is constructed of cast iron and measures 10" long, and 7/16" thick.   The package includes all the mounting screws.

Norton 7700 Series Power Track

The Norton Power Track Closer-Holders combine the functions of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series Door Closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism and is available with or without an integral smoke detector. The closer is mounted on the door. The Power Track and hook-up box are mounted to the frame face for pull side installations or the frame soffit for push side installations.

Two versions, the Master Unit (PTDO) and the Support Unit (PTO). The PTDO has an integral smoke detector. The PTO can be plugged into the PTDO or into your existing fire alarm system. Both units can be mount pull side of the closed door, or the push side, please specify when ordering. Specify voltage (24 volt or 120 volt) and color (aluminum or dark brown). Dark Brown is a 3 week lead time, Aluminum is in stock.

The PTDO Master Unit is no longer available, they were discontinued in the 2024.

The Republic steel #10, also known Berger #10 locker handle was made from 1960-1962. This was one of the only locker handles Republic Storage used in this time period. However, back them they were called Berger, then Republic-Berger, then Republic Steel, now they go by Republic Storage. The locker handle is 3″ overall length, 13/16″ tall, and 7/16″ wide. The lugs are 3/4″ on center and use a 8/32 x 1/2″ screw for fastening to the lock bar. The locker handle is made of a die cast material and then chrome plated.
