The Truth 50.60 Encore Dyad Operator has been in production since about 1999.   In the beginning Truth offered the Maxim and the Encore Systems.   The Maxim is being phased out and the Encore is the only one made now.   The Encore will replace all of the Maxim operators, and have the same hole spacings and operation, but they have the interchangeable handle and covers.

Wood Door Automatic Flush Bolt FB41

H.B. Ives FB41 Series are sold has Top, Bottom or in Pairs (top and bottom). Fully automatic, inactive door is latched when active door closes, bolts retract when active door is opened. Top Bolt has no spring tension. They are non handed, but the top and bottom bolts are different.
