The International Flushbolt Standard Guide is the piece that fits into the top or bottom of the door and acts as a guide for the Flushbolt Rod.  The piece measures 1-3/8" x 1-1/2".  The square hole in the piece is a 1/2" square.  The manufacture part number is FG-1200.

Standard duty brass 2-1/4" knob is pinned to swivel spindle for 1-3/4" door.
Outside spindle is 3/8" solid center and inside spindle is 9/32". Inside knob
threaded 3/8-20 with two case hardened set screws.

The Falcon Monarch Bottom Bolt Guide Assembly 650387 is used the 19-V, 24-V, 25-V and the XX-V Bottom Rod.  The Guide Assembly measures 1-7/8" tall by 1" wide and projects 1-9/16" at the widest projection.   The Bottom Bolt Guide is made of zinc plated steel.

The Truth Operator Guide Bar measures 26-3/4" long with the two mounting holes at 26-1/8" on centers. The bar is constructed of extruded aluminum. The Wi10005 is the component that slides in this track. This track is mounted to the sash.

The length is 57" and is used on a 1-1/4" slight round edge pilaster for mounting. Used with 1" doors and has a concealed turn latch with the pin coming out the center edge of the door. The hole spacing for the slot is 28-1/2" dead center of unit. The slot for the bolt to lock to is 7/16" wide x 5/8"ht. This helps with blocking the door gaps on the locking side of the door. The International Door Closer 8730S is designed for narrow stiles. The minimum stile width is 2-19/32 inches. It will not work on a true narrow stile door witch is usually 1-3/4 inch. The 36 inch version is 33-15/32 inches and the 48 inch version is 44-3/4 inches. The device is rated Grade 1, which is the highest rating. Rods are 1/2 inch diameter tubular with rod guides. The exit ships will all screws and strikes need for instillation.
