The Burns 618 Locking Pocket Door Latch is 2-3/4 inches tall by 2-1/2 inches deep. The mortise dimensions are 2-5/16 inches tall by 1-7/8 inch deep. Base metal is Brass or Aluminum depending on the finish. Fits 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 inch thick doors.

New for 2024 the Falcon MEL 47867200 Mechanical Latch Retraction. Retrofits all 1690, 1790, 24 and 25 Series devices to Mechanical Latch Retraction. This new system uses the PS902 Power Supply.  The benefits for the MEL Series over the Older EL series are lower power draw (1 amp verse 16 amp), and more flexible power supply location, longer wire runs and thinner guage wires.

Norton Hook Up Boards for units made after 2009.  Available in 24 or 120 Volts.

Norton 7700/7705PT Hook-Up Boxes come in two voltages, 24 and 120, and two configurations Hinge Side and Stop Side. Hinge Side means the track is on the side of the door that you can see the Hinges, also know as the pull side.   Stop Side means the track is on the push side of the door.

The Jackson 1285/1295 Push Bar End Cap Package comes complete with the right and left side caps, mounting bracket and screws.  This piece is available in aluminum (silver) and dark bronze (dark brown).

The Jackson 2085-3185 Top Strike Package is mounted on the frame of the door were the top latch can engage it.   The Package includes the Strike, Plate, Latch Adjusting Wrench and the Mounting Screws.   Jackson Part Number 30-1345.

The 1085/1285/2086 is mounted on the frame at the top of the door and in the floor at the bottom.   The Package includes the Strike, Plate, Latch Adjusting Wrench and the Mounting Screws.   Jackson Part Number 30-0846.

The Burns 554 Adjustable Ball Catch has a body size of 1 x 2-1/8 inch and the strike measures 1-3/8 x 2-1/8 inch. It is constructed of Brass and then chrome plated to a satin finish.

Corner Guard CG-20 2" x 2"

90 degree 2” x 2” vinyl corner guard with aluminum retainer.  Vinyl flex action absorbs impact, and is .085” thick, the aluminum retainer is .062 thick.  Each corner guard includes the end caps.  Available in 4, 8 and 9 foot lengths.  Corner guards are shipped with a top and bottom end cap.

The 533 Automatic Wall Type Holder and Stop is a commercial grade door holder.  The holder is mounted on the wall and strike is mounted on the door. It is constructed of cast brass, and measures 2 x 2-1/2 base and 2-1/8 inch high. Currently it is only available in brushed chrome.

The Detex ECL-230X Panic Device is a single point deadbolt device. One size fits 36 to 48 inch doors. The dead bolt has a 1 inch throw and is saw resistant. Locking and unlocking dead bolt always arms and disarms alarm.  The alarm is 100 decibels and is powered by a 9 volt battery. Email for more information.

The Von Duprin 373L Lever Control Spring 090091 and 090092 are used on the 371, 373, 375 and 378 Lever Handles.  The spring is used to return the lever to the horizontal position.  Sold in packages of 4 springs.

The Adams Rite 8600 Concealed Vertical Rod is designed for narrow stile aluminum framed glass doors.  The device will fit on stile widths of 2" or more.   We recommend this device for replacement only, modifying your existing door to this exit device will be labor intensive.  The 8611 would be for the aluminum finish and the 8622 would be or the dark bronze finish.  We try to keep the Aluminum and Dark Bronze in stock in the 36" and 48" devices.

The Adams Rite EX88 Interlocking Rim Exit Device is designed for heavy duty use on narrow stile aluminium door applications. The EX88 has a unique latch bolt design that interlocks with the frame of the door. This device is non handed, requires a minimum stile width of 2" and will work on aluminum, hollow metal or wood doors.The device is constructed of extruded aluminum with matching metal angled end caps. The Adams Rite EL8800 Solenoid is the mechanism that retracts, or in this case turns the wheel to unlock the panic device.  There are two versions one for 12 volt systems 31-0735-IP, and the 24 volt system 31-0736-IP. The 12 Volt Solenoid is wrapped in red tape, the 24 volt is wrapped in white tape.

The International Flushbolt Standard Guide is the piece that fits into the top or bottom of the door and acts as a guide for the Flushbolt Rod.  The piece measures 1-3/8" x 1-1/2".  The square hole in the piece is a 1/2" square.  The manufacture part number is FG-1200.

The Dorma RTS88 Top Arm 8835 is for use on Double or Single Acting doors that have a 1" top rail.  This is the standard arm on the RST07 and RST10 packages.

Establish the center to center dimension by subtracting the width of one stile from the width of the door. On solid doors, subtract 5" from the width of the door.

Finishes

The 422SB Push Bar is the same as our popular 422, except it only has a single bend. The bar is made of 1 inch diameter solid aluminum, brass, bronze or stainless steel. It has a projection of 2-1/8 inches with a clearance of 1-1/8 inches. The bar is fastened to the door with a 5/16-18 thru bolt. Each bar is custom made to order.

The 422 x 422 Push Bar Set is constructed of 1 inch diameter solid stock, and is shipped to your specified center to center dimensions. The push bar has a 1-1/8 clearance and 2-1/8 inch projection. The set ships with back to back fasteners.

The M422 x M422 Push Bar Set is constructed of 1-1/4 inch diameter solid stock, and is shipped to your specified center to center dimensions. The push bar has a 1-1/2 clearance and 2-3/4 inch projection. The set ships with back to back fasteners.

The 422 with 49D are constructed of 1 inch solid stock, with the material determined by the finish (color). The push bar has a clearance of 1-1/8 and the handle has a clearance of 1-1/2 inches. The projection is 2-1/8 on the push bar and 2-1/2 inches on the handle. The pull handle is 12 inches on center, with a 7 inch offset. The set comes with two 5/16-18 thru bolts and one 5/16 back to back conehead.

The M422 with M49D are constructed of 1-1/4 inch solid stock, with the material determined by the finish (color). The push bar has a clearance of 1-1/2 and the handle has a clearance of 1-1/2 inches. The 418/418S is constructed of 3/8 x 1-1/2 inch of aluminum, brass, bronze or stainless steel bar stock. It projects out 2 inches and has a clearance of 1-1/2 inches. It is available with and without a mounting pad. The mounting pad would measure 1 x 3 x 1/8 inch. The bars are shipped with mounting fasteners.

The International 8000 Series End Cap is used on the hinge side of the the exit device.  This cap includes the mounting bracket and the mounting screws.   It is constructed of a die cast metal for years of service.  The piece measures 2-3/8" by 2-1/4" by 1-1/2".  This end cap is used on the International Door Closer models, 8510S, 8610S, 8710S, 8810S, 8620S, 8530S, and 8650S devices, along with the same devices ending in F.    

The Falcon Dor-O-Matic RM70 Mullion Bracket Kit includes the top and bottom brackets and all of the mounting screws.
