The CRL PR90 is a Grade 1 door closer, the heaviest rating possible.  The template is the same as the LCN 4040 with the same features, latching speed, closing speed, back check and power adjustment from size 1 ADA compliant to size 6.

We offer the Standard Cylinder PR90 and also the Delayed Action PR92. Delayed Action will hold the door open for 15-20 seconds to allow handicap individuals to clear the opening before the door closes.

The Von Duprin 55 End Case is the housing on the hinge side of the door.   The function of this housing is to lift the cross bar, and support the function of the Active Case.  If your housing is on the right side when standing inside looking out, then you would order the Right Hand Case.  The package includes the housing, springs and back plate, the arm is not included.  The current part number on this part is 050196 and 050197, the old part number is 111931 and 111932.

The Dorma 4 Loop Torsion Spring is used on the 9000 Series Exit Device Escutheon Lever Trims. Spring measures 1 inch diameter by 5/16 thick.

The Dorma Lever Lock Plate has an outside diameter of 9/16 and an inside diameter of 7/16 inches. Overall length is 1-3/8 inches. This piece is used on the YR08, YG08, YC08 and YT08 Levers.

The 591 manual flush bolt is for wood doors and is UL listed. It is constructed of solid brass. The face plate is 1 x 6-3/4 inches. The mortised body is 6 inches high by 1-3/8 deep by 1 inch thick. The screw spacing is 1/2 by 6-1/4 inches on centers.

DORMA 8300 Series Exit Devices minimize forced entry while offering a low-cost solution to life safety requirements. Certified/listed to ANSI/BHMA 156.3 Grade 1 for exit devices. Package includes all the mounting screws and brackets, and the surface strike.  5 year limited warranty.

The Von Duprin 55NL Cam is one of the handed parts in the housing, the other is the Arm.  If you need to change the hand of a housing, you just need to order the other hand Cam.

The Cal-Royal 221 Bottom Strike is used on the 2000, 5000, 7000 and 9000 Panic Bars with Surface Vertical Rods. Strike measures 2-7/16 inches long with a 5/16 inch projection.  The hole spacing is 1-7/8 inches.

Hold Open Cushion Arm for the CRL PR90, Cal-Royal CR441 and International 44CI door closers.  For use in parallel arm applications only, T Handle locks the door in the open position.

The Detex BN ValueSeries Lever Trim measures 1-29/32 wide by 8-1/4 inches tall, and the escutcheon is 15/16 inches thick.  We ship the Classroom Function where the keys locks and unlocks the lever, other functions are available. The Lever trim does not ship with the Mortise Cylinder.

The Command Access MLRK-VD Motorized Latch Retraction is for use on the 33,35, 98 or 99 Von Duprin Exit Devices. The Cal-Royal 227 Top Strike is used on the 7700, 9800, 6600, and 2200 Series Surface Vertical Rod Devices. The strike is Nylon Black Coated.

The 590 is made of solid brass and ships with matching screws.  The faceplate measures 1 x 6-3/4 inches, the strike is 15/16 x 2-1/4 inches and comes standard with a 12 inch rod.  The mountng screws are 1 x 6-1/4 inches on centers.

The Cal Royal 239 Rim Strike is used on the 9800 and 2200 Rim Devices.  The Strike is Nylon Black Coated.

The TH1100-HK1 is the perfect solution for existing hinges that have failed, and is a quick and easy fix for compromised door openings.  Deluxe Hinge Kit TH1100-HK1 comes in a package of two hinges, 2 1/4" shims, and 12 one-way mounting screws.   The hinges are non handed, will work on Flush, and 1/8" offset door applications, have a self lubricating pin that rotates on anti-friction bearings, and have a vertical adjustment screw.   They are constructed of an aluminum alloy.

This CRL Jackson® Exit Deviceblends the reliability of the time-proven 10 Series Crossbar Device with the sleek, contemporary style of today's modern push-pad exit device. Available in a Rim, Concealed, and Surface Vertical Rod versions, this device is suitable for use with 1-3/4" (44.5 mm) narrow, medium, and wide stile aluminum, wood, or hollow metal doors. The base is easily trimmed for field sizing, and the vertical rods are shipped to fit up to 84" (2.13 m) tall doors. Extensions or longer rods for taller doors are available. This Exit Device features an easy-to-use dogging system, and is also available with keyed cylinder dogging.

The 1200 Series touch pad with "Soft-Touch" insert requires slight pressure anywhere on the bar insert for instant release of the locking mechanism. Overall projection is only 2-7/8" (73 mm) from the door surface, and mounting hardware is concealed. Active outside trim and other panic accessories are available.

The Cal Royal TAIL1 is an extender for the ENTOOL Lever Trim.  The extender works on doors up to 2-1/4 inches thick.  The TAIL1 includes two longer screws, two set screws (not shown), allen wrench, and hub adaptor.

The 598-12 or 5599-24 feature heavy duty steel construction to ensure maximum strength and security. The bolt measures 1/4 x 3/4 x 12 or 24 inches and ships with strikes and mounting screws. The finish in Brushed Chrome. This bolt is UL approved.
