The Detex EAX-500 Series is designed for applications requiring a battery-powered alarm on secured doors. The alarm, with approximately 100dB, will sound when an unauthorized exit occurs. The redesigned shape and smaller size of the EAX-500 makes it the ideal choice for quick and easy installations on emergency exit and restricted doors.

Zipper Pile Weatherstrip is a full density, high performance, water-resistant pile woven to a unique zipper tooth design polypropylene backing. The zipper tooth design allows the pile to easily snap into the extrusion slot from above rather than having to slide the pile in from the ends. Whether it's being used in manufacturing or retrofitted, the application is much easier and faster. It even works if the slot is slightly off size. Zipper Pile can be used to retrofit aluminum, vinyl, fiberglass or wood T-slots without the need to take the complete window or door sash apart. The double center fin provides a true weather seal, compared to other piles without a fin suited for vibration reduction and pest control only.

The TH1300 YKK Offset Pivot Set is commonly found on YKK aluminum framed storefront doors. This is not the only one they use, but the only one we can get.

Intermediate Hinge TH1121 Kawneer Style

Male mounting bracket measures 1-5/16” wide by 2-3/16” high, with a hole spacing of 13/16”.  Female mounting leaf measures 1-7/16” high by 1-9/16”, with a hole spacing of 3/4” center to center. These hinges are non handed.

Intermediate Hinge IP-2202 and IP-2201

Cast aluminum construction with steel bearings and axle. The set measures 3-1/2" tall with an 1-3/8" projection. This hinge is usually used an an intermediate hinge in between the top and bottom hinge.

Corbin Russwin Adjusting Nut 483F35-8

This Corbin Russwin Adjusting Nut is used on the Corbin Russwin Mortise Lever Locks. It threads into the end of the spindle. 2-3/8" overall length, 9/16" thread length, 1-15/16" bolt length. The threads are 1/4-28.

Intermediate Hinge IP-1901 and IP-1902

Cast aluminum construction with steel bearings. The hinge measures 5" high by 2-1/2" wide. This hinge has a 3/4" offset. We find this hinge in the middle section of the door between the top and bottom hinges. Available in the Aluminum color and Dark Brown. See the dimensional information under more views.

Saddle Threshold 613 - 6" Wide By 1/4" High

Extruded aluminum construction. The thresholds are shipped with mounting screws (#10 x 1-1/2" FH zinc plated wood screws), Milled aluminum finish. This is considered a Handicap Saddle Threshold.
