The Jackson 1095P Paddle Exit Device is designed for use on narrow style aluminum storefront doors.  It features the same housing as the Jackson 1095, but with a paddle instead of a cross bar.  This peice is designed for aluminum or steel doors, it will not work on wood doors.   The device mounts on surface studs that need to be drilled and tapped on the door, if the door is wood, the threads will simply pull out.

The Doromatic 1790 rim device is typically used in applications where maintenance is a concern because the rim device has fewer parts and pieces than current exit devices. The result is less maintenance and adjustment. The streamlined design has no openings for chains, reducing the risk for code infringements and offering increased building security by eliminating the possibility of tampering and forced entry through the use of coat hangers and other tools. The Doromatic 1790 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 2090 series crossbar device.

Shipped with all screws and strikes. If you wish to use a key cylinder on the exterior, you will need the 1790 NL/HB Cylinder Assembly, 179CA.

The same as the Falcon / Dor-o-Matic 1690 with Mechanical Electric Latch Retraction. Some of the features are listed below. A power supply is required.

The Command Access MLRK-VD Motorized Latch Retraction is for use on the 33,35, 98 or 99 Von Duprin Exit Devices. This motor is 24 to 28 volts and has a Standard : 900 mA (Avg Current Peak); 215 mA (Avg Current Hold). This unit requires 18 ga wire.  And ships with (1) Motor Mount with MM5; (2) 40002 - 8/32 x 1/4 inch Phillips Head Screw; (1) 50030 8/Lead with vd Connector; (1) 50944 Molex Pigtail; (1) 40144 Dogging Hole Cap; (1) 50991 Fire Rated Drilling Template; (1) Replacement Dogging Tail Piece.

The Detex BN ValueSeries Lever Trim measures 1-29/32 wide by 8-1/4 inches tall, and the escutcheon is 15/16 inches thick.  We ship the Classroom Function where the keys locks and unlocks the lever, other functions are available. The Lever trim does not ship with the Mortise Cylinder.

DORMA 8300 Series Exit Devices minimize forced entry while offering a low-cost solution to life safety requirements. Certified/listed to ANSI/BHMA 156.3 Grade 1 for exit devices. Package includes all the mounting screws and brackets, and the surface strike.  5 year limited warranty.

The Adams Rite 8800EL Exit Device is the Electric Latch Retraction version of the 8800.  We see this used with many card readers, especially in Hotel/Motel applications.

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  If your door is 35" wide, then you would order the 36" device.  We want to make sure they device is wide enough to span the glass on the storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.

Cal Royal 7760 Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device

For use in institutions, schools, universities, commercial buildings where heavy duty reliable operation is a requirement. ANSI A156.3, Grade 1 heavy duty exit device in surface vertical rod and rim designs. Rail assemblies are heavy duty extruded aluminum body with stainless steel push pad and end caps are made of brass, bronze or stainless steel. Rail travels in direction of the door swing. The design of the Doromatic 1690 is ideal for demanding, high-traffic applications. The vertical rods and latch mechanisms are concealed in the vertical door stile, ensuring trouble-free operation. Cast metal cover plates and end caps hold up to rigorous use. A quick, singlepoint dogging feature in the housing deactivates the device, permitting unrestricted traffic flow. The Doromatic 1690 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 1990 Series crossbar device.

The Falcon Doromatic Adjustable Mortise STrike STK70 is used on their mullions.  This is the strike that fits in the tear drop shapped mullion. They measure 2-3/8 inches tall by 1-7/16 inches wide and are 1" thick.  They are sold in sets, enough for 1 mullion.
