International 8610S Rim Device-Grade 1

DC 8000 Series Exit Devices are heavy duty and designed for heavy traffic applications. The devices are Underwriters Laboratory (UL, USA and ULC, Canada) listed for Panic Exit Hardware or Fire Exit Hardware, and are certified to ANSI A156.3-2001 Grade 1.

Non handed, 4-1/2" minimum stile width. Smooth Surface.

International 89L Escutcheon Trim

Clutched lever trim for use with the 8000 Series International Door Closer Exit Devices. Escutcheon measures 8-27/32" high by 2-15/16" wide by 15/16" thick. Trim is non handed and easily converted in the field. We offer 3 functions, Classroom, Passage and Storeroom.

Classroom - cylinder (not included) locks and unlocks lever handle
Passage - no cylinder hole, lever always active
Storeroom - cylinder (not included) unlocks lever, but lever is always locked when key is removed.

Auxiliary guarded latch deadlocks latch bolt automtically locks when the door is closed
High shock-resistant latching mechanical design or protection from vandalism
All inside components are made of high rust-resistant alloy or heavy electroplated steel

Standard 36”: Device length is 33 15/32” (850mm) for 3’ door use, with a standard push bar.
Long 48”: Device length is 44 3/4” (1137mm) for 4’ door use, with long push bar.

Modern flat touch bar Rim Panic exit device. This series offers durability, safety and meets the security demand and access control needs of today. Series 7300 Rim Panic exit devices are used with Narrow, Medium and Wide aluminum door and Hollow Metal and Wood Door applications. Series 7300 is non-handed, Field Reversible for LHRB or RHRB doors. Outside Unlatching and Dogging by Cylinder Key or Dogging by Hex Key in Touch Bar. Standard Units for 36” and 48” in widths (cut bar to fit). Can be used on 30” wide doors.

International 7100 Concealed Vertical Rod Device

International 53K01 Lever Trim

The International 53K01 Lever Trim is for the 5000 Series International Door Closer exit device.  The rose diameter is 3-3/8", with a lever length of 4",  and the projection is 3".  Available in Aluminum or Dark Bronze colors.   Available in Classroom and Storeroom functions.   Classroom function the  key locks and unlocks the Lever Handle, if you turn the key one way it is  only unlocked for that one passage, if you turn the key the other way, the Lever is unlocked until it is locked again.   Storeroom/Night Latch function the Lever is always locked.

The International 8000 Series End Cap is used on the hinge side of the the exit device.  This cap includes the mounting bracket and the mounting screws.   It is constructed of a die cast metal for years of service.  The piece measures 2-3/8" by 2-1/4" by 1-1/2".  This end cap is used on the International Door Closer models, 8510S, 8610S, 8710S, 8810S, 8620S, 8530S, and 8650S devices, along with the same devices ending in F.
