The Cal Royal A2200 Series is a heavy duty Grade 1 device.  Available in Panic and 3 Hour Fire Rated versions. The device is non handed, and features a 3/4 inch latch bolt throw. The device is constructed of heavy gauge steel and then powder coated. The non fire rated version will feature dogging, the fire rated version will not.  This device retro fits the Sargent 28 Series.

Cal Royal 2000 Alarmed Exit Device
Alarm units has an internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. Jumper cable is provided to swich to continuous alarm. The key switch to turn the alarm off is a standard 1” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with two switches. One switch monitors the push rail and the other switch monitors the latch bolt for full proof security.

Unit includes “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY. ALARM WILL SOUND” decal for application on door or unit.

ANSI A156.3, Grade 1 heavy duty exit device in surface vertical rod and rim designs. Rail assemblies are heavy duty extruded aluminum body with stainless steel push pad and end caps are made of brass, bronze or stainless steel. Rail travels in direction of the door swing. Trims are thru bolted for additional security. Conforms & Meets ADA Regulations. UL Listed for Panic and ULC10C, UBC 7-2-1777 codes. UL Listed for Fire Exit Hardware. The Cal Royal 4400 Rim Exit Device has a Grade 2 rating. The device features a 3/4" Latchbolt, Roller Strike and a 1" diameter Crossbar. The device comes in a brushed chrome and dark bronze finish, and comes with either a 36" or 48" crossbar. You would need a 4-1/2" minimum stile width. 

The Cal Royal GLS7700 Rim Device is for use on Aluminum Framed Glass Doors when the Stile width is 1-3/4 inch or more.  The exit device ships with wood and machine screws, along with the Strike plate.  The stainless steel latch bolt has a 3/4 inch throw. This device is a Grade 1, which is the heaviest duty rating.

The Cal Royal GLSRIM9800 is an Entrance Function Lever Handle for the GLS7700 and GLS9800 Narrow Stile Rim Exits.  The Base measures 1-3/4 inches wide by 8 inch tall, with a 2-3/8 inch thick base.

The Cal-Royal 9800 Rim Device is a grade 1 Heavy Duty Exit Device.   The 9800 has the same template as the 8800 and 9800 with escutcheon lever trim. The 36 inch device will be 32 inches wide and can be cut down an additional 2" to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches.  The 48 inch will be 44 inches wide and can be cut down to fit doors 36 inches wide. The device is non handed, meaning it will work on a left hand reverse or right hand reverse door. Strike and mounting screws are included.
