The 4040SE Sentronic® is a heavy duty, non-handed, nonsized closer/holder designed to provide single point hold-open for fire and smoke barrier doors. The door is held open until current interruption releases the
holding mechanism and the door closes. Single lever (track) arm closer is specifically designed for interior doors. Choice of finishes, track functions, and installation accessories meet virtually all life safety requirements.

LCN Door Closer 4040SE Track Assembly 4040SE-3038

Complete replacement LCN Sentronic Track.
Replaces all Sentronic tracks for the 3130SE, 4010SE, 4110SE and 4040SE Closers.
Track includes the roller, 4040SE-3034 and new mounting screws. The replacement track measures 21-3/4" on center for the mounting screws, which may be different then the 3130SE, 4010SE, 4110SE and older 4040SE Tracks.

Norton 7700 Series Power Track

The Norton Power Track Closer-Holders combine the functions of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series Door Closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism and is available with or without an integral smoke detector. The closer is mounted on the door. The Power Track and hook-up box are mounted to the frame face for pull side installations or the frame soffit for push side installations.

Two versions, the Master Unit (PTDO) and the Support Unit (PTO). The PTDO has an integral smoke detector. The PTO can be plugged into the PTDO or into your existing fire alarm system. Both units can be mount pull side of the closed door, or the push side, please specify when ordering. Specify voltage (24 volt or 120 volt) and color (aluminum or dark brown). Dark Brown is a 3 week lead time, Aluminum is in stock.

The PTDO Master Unit is no longer available, they were discontinued in the 2024.

The Adams Rite 8800EL Exit Device is the Electric Latch Retraction version of the 8800.  We see this used with many card readers, especially in Hotel/Motel applications.

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  If your door is 35" wide, then you would order the 36" device.  We want to make sure they device is wide enough to span the glass on the storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.

The LCN Sentronic Door Closer 3130SE is a concealed overhead door closer

Standard 3130SE series closer shipped with a standard arm, 24V or 120V SE track (please specify), track roller, and wood and machine screw pack. Sized cylinders for interior doors to 4’0”. Functions as full rack and pinion door closer when hold-open is not engaged or current is interrupted. Handed for right or left swinging door. Interfaces with fire alarm systems.

LCN Sentronic Door Closer 3130SE parts are also available.

LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4310ME/4410ME/4040SE-3210 Transformer

Sheet metal mounting plate measures 4-1/8" x 4-1/8".    Black wire is 115 VAC, 60 HZ.  Green Wire is 24 VAC, 400MA

Norton Hook Up Boards for units made after 2009.  Available in 24 or 120 Volts.

The Adams Rite EL8800 Solenoid is the mechanism that retracts, or in this case turns the wheel to unlock the panic device.  There are two versions one for 12 volt systems 31-0735-IP, and the 24 volt system 31-0736-IP. The 12 Volt Solenoid is wrapped in red tape, the 24 volt is wrapped in white tape.
