Generic sweep latch, used on double hung windows. Also known as a Window Lock, or Double Hung Window Lock. Available in White, Black and Polished Chrome.
Constructed of high density plastic with an 1-1/2" hole spacing. The lock up dimension is 3/8". The base measures 2-1/8" x 7/8". The handle measures 3-1/2" long.
The white is instock, the beige has a 1-3 week lead time.
The Roto Pro Drive Folding Handle features die cast construction, and powder coated finish. The hex is 5/16", and the handle has a overall length of 4-1/4".
