Corbin Russwin 677F08-5 Spring Retainer Hub, this is also known as the Yale 60-7000-6217-082 Hub, Lever.

The Yale 7000 Cylinder Dogging Sub Assembly is used on non Fire Rated Yale and Corbin Russwin panic devices.   Like the Hex Key Sub Assembly, this one is for use with a Key Cylinder.
