Truth 16.27 Sash Lock. Sometimes known as the Truth Entrygard Sash Lock.

3" high x 2-9/16" deep x 1" thick.  We sometimes find the numbers 45208 or 40707 cast into this part.

Left hand sash lock shown in picture.

2-3/8" between screws

Truth Multi Point Locking System sash lock. The hole spacing on the lock is 3-7/16"

Common numbers found on this lock is 31401 and 31402

This sash lock has been discontinued. If you order this part, the 16.27 will be sent as a replacement. According to the factory, the Wi1627 will work as a replacement with any modification.
