The GS520S Rubber Stair Tread with grit stripping has a 1/4" nose thickness which tapers down to 1/8" at the back.  The nose drops down 1-9/16", and the nose is not adjustable and is not tapered. The 220-2520 is the Grit Stripped version of the 7850R Service Weight Smooth Rubber Treads.  The 220 comes with two 3/4" grit strips, the 2520 would be the visually impaired version with one 2" wide strip. The treads are 1/8" thick along the entire depth of the treads, and have a nose that drops down 1-9/16". They are designed for interior use.

The 7020 is a smooth surface rubber stair tread.   These treads come in Square and Round Nose, this page is for the Round Nose, for Square Nose search 7020. The treads are 1/4" thick at the nose and taper to 3/16" at the rear. For the Grit Stripped version is not available for the round nose treads. They are designed for interior use.

The 920R One-Piece Rubber Stair Tread has a 3/16" thick nose and tapers to 5-16" at the back.  The nose is adjustable and tapered for a perfect fit.  The benefit of a one piece tread is the ease of cleanng, there is not a groove at the back of the step to collect debris. The Cal-Royal 9800 Rim Device is a grade 1 Heavy Duty Exit Device.   The 9800 has the same template as the 8800 and 9800 with escutcheon lever trim. The 36 inch device will be 32 inches wide and can be cut down an additional 2" to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches.  The 48 inch will be 44 inches wide and can be cut down to fit doors 36 inches wide. The device is non handed, meaning it will work on a left hand reverse or right hand reverse door. Strike and mounting screws are included.

405CR Vinyl Stair Tread Risers

Plain color cove risers match Koroseal vinyl stair treads; or use a contrasting riser with vinyl or rubber treads; easily trimmed in height and length; savings in installation are substantial; cove risers are same sizes as stair treads.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Furnish and install No 405CR Koroseal vinyl coved stair riser; 1/8” thick, 7” high with 5/8” toe; ribbed back. Select standard length of 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”, 42”, 48”, 54”, 60”, 72”, 84” or 96”. Select standard solid color of Brown, Sand, Gray or Black.

The 605CR Rubber Coved Riser goes in the back of the step and acts as a kick plate in the matching color of your stair treads.  The Riser is 7" tall and features a 5/8" cove to aid in cleaning of the back of the step.

The Von Duprin QEL Baseplate Conversion Kit is for use on the 33A, 35A, 98, and 99 exit devices. The size is the size of the exit device.  The 98/99 device 36" would be 33" wide device and the 48" would be for the 45" device.  The 33A/35A the 36" would be for the 35-3/8" wide device and the 48" would be for the 47-3/8" wide device.

The Detex V40 ValueSeries Rim Device is their economical exit device.  The device only comes in powder coated aluminum or black. The standard 36 inch model measures 32-7/8 inches wide.  The unit ships with strike all the mounting screws and a hex dog key.

This system is perfect for hotels, restaurants, churches and schools. It is easy to install and built to last.

The 893 Hat And Coat Strip are available in 24", 36", 48" and 56". These are constructed of 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel, the hooks are constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel, both are finished to a #4 satin brushed finish.  The strip is 4" high by length and projects out 1/2".  The hooks are 1" wide by 6-11/16" high and project out 2-1/8", and have radiused ends to prevent injury. Manufactures part number is 1307 by American Specialties.

The Emco R1 Wall Rack system is perfect for hotels, restaurants, churches and schools. It is easy to install and built to last.  They project 12-1/8" from the wall and the support brackets are 12" high and 1-7/16" wide.  The slats measure 3/4" by 1" rectangle with a wall thickness of .062" and are constructed of extruded aluminum and have plastic end closures.  The mounting brackets are made of cast aluminum that is powder coated black.  For the slats we have the option of Silver Anodized Aluminum or Bronze Acrylic Coated Aluminum.  We show the more popular sizes on the website, but we can get these up to 50' long.  Manufacturer will use slip joints so the rack can ship UPS/FEDEX.  Hangers are not included.

The Emco W Wall Mounted Hook Strip is an ideal complement under any shelf system. May also be used by itself. Comes with double pronged poly-carbonate hooks. The wall bracket measure 6-1/4" and are 1-7/16" wide, and are constructed of cast aluminum that is then powder coated black.  The bar (slat) that the hooks are mounted on is 3/4" high by 1" deep.  The slat is available in dark bronze or aluminum.  The poly-carbonate hooks measure 3" wide by 2-3/4" high and project out 1-1/2".  The hooks are available in Black, Blue, Brown, Gray, Green, Orange, Purple, Red, Yellow, or Assorted Color Hooks.  The number of brackets and hooks is determined by the length of the hook strip.
