Accurate Partitions Laminate "U" Trim Door Insert for Top or Bottom 1" Door

Chrome plated Zamac die casting construction. Large hole is 3/4" diameter, small hole is 3/8" diameter. Hole in the U is 9/32" and counter sunk. Toilet partition Aluminum Pilaster Stiffeners for restroom stalls. The Pilaster Stiffener is constructed of extruded aluminum. Measures 3-1/2" wide by 75" length. Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break. To be installed as close as possible to the edge of the pilaster that is closest to the door. Comes pre-drilled with 14 holes and comes with screws for mounting. Can be utilized with any manufacturer for partitions but sizes could vary. Commonly known as 40-8447334(Global/Accurate), CI-76STIFFENER(Scranton) and 627240(Hadrian).

ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

Partitions Toilet Top or Bottom Hinge for plastic laminate doors used for top or bottom for 1 1/4" square edge post. The hinge mounts to the post to support the door. Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. The hinge measures 2-1/4" high by 1-1/4" deep with a slot depth of 1-5/16" and 1-1/2" between screws on center. Hinge lug projects out 1-11/16" and is 1/2" thick with a 5/8" diameter hole. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge Top/Bottom 1-1/4". Manufacture part # 3540. Same as 9G631A on our website.

Accurate Partitions Surface Mounted Slide Bolt Latch

Zamac die cast construction, polished chrome finish. Latch base is 4-1/2" high with 3-1/2" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/32" long by 1" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 9/16" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Surface Mounted Slide Bolt Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. Manufacture part # 5050.

Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

Current style Global chrome plated door catch includes screws for mounting. This is used with the 9g600 latch in ss. Product part number is 40-8212360. This part has a 3/8" gap for the catch and is 2-1/8" in length, 1-5/8" hole spacing and is 3/4" wide. 

Global partitions 8" wrap door kit for Solid Plastic material. Comes in anodized aluminum finish and are for 1" thick material only. You will need to choose in or out swing when ordering. Can be used as right or left hand as hinges are field reversible. This is done by taking the 3 pieces apart and reconfiguring the opposite swing. See manufacturers numbers listed below. Used with Global and Accurate partitions.
