The M422 with M49D are constructed of 1-1/4 inch solid stock, with the material determined by the finish (color). The push bar has a clearance of 1-1/2 and the handle has a clearance of 1-1/2 inches. The projection is 2-3/4 on the push bar and 2-3/4 inches on the handle. The pull handle is 12 inches on center, with a 7 inch offset. The set comes with two 5/16-18 thru bolts and one 5/16 back to back conehead.

Finishes

The Offset 60 degree Door Pull is available in 12 and 18 inch centers. The handle is constructed of 1-1/4 inch solid material, with the base metal determined by the finish (color). It features 1-1/2 clearance, 2-3/4 projection and has a 3-1/2 inch offset. The fasteners are 5/16-18 thru bolts with a finish washer. Please specify the door thickness when ordering.

The 594 is constructed of solid brass. The latch bolt is 5/8 inch half round with a 9/16 inch throw.  The bolt ships with mounting screws and strike. The latch bolt has a chamfered end to draw the door in.

The Hands-Free/Foot Door Pull BM46 can be used as a ADA compliant hands-free door pull when mounted 42" above the finished floor. Or as foot pull when mounted at the bottom of the door. The Pull is 4" x 5" and is made of .090 thick stainless steel. Ships with sex bolts and screws for 1-3/4" door. The offset door pull 44 is 5 inches by 12 inches.  It offers a 2 inch clearance with a 2-1/8 inch projection.  The mounting holes are 10 inches on centers.  The base block is 1 inch by 12 inches.

The Burns 617 Non-Locking Pocket Door Pull Set is 2-3/4 inches tall by 2-1/2 inches deep. The mortise dimensions are 2-5/16 inches tall by 1-7/8 inch deep. Base metal is Brass or Aluminum depending on the finish.

The 459 Flush Door Pull measures 3-3/8 x 4-3/4 x 1/8 inch.  The opening size is 1-3/4 by 3-1/2 inches.  The mortised pocket would need to be 3-3/4 by 2-13/16 and 11/16 deep. The flush pull ships with mounting screws in the matching finish.

The 591 manual flush bolt is for wood doors and is UL listed. It is constructed of solid brass. The face plate is 1 x 6-3/4 inches. The mortised body is 6 inches high by 1-3/8 deep by 1 inch thick. The screw spacing is 1/2 by 6-1/4 inches on centers.

The 80 Series Push Plate is similar to the 70 series, but has a round bevel on the top and bottom of the plate. There is no bevel on the sides. The 533 Automatic Wall Type Holder and Stop is a commercial grade door holder.  The holder is mounted on the wall and strike is mounted on the door. It is constructed of cast brass, and measures 2 x 2-1/2 base and 2-1/8 inch high. Currently it is only available in brushed chrome.

Floor Mounted Door Stop Heavy Duty 540

This Floor Mounted Door Stop is a personal favorite. It is extremely heavy duty, and is ideal for areas of high vandalism. Includes the 4-1/2" lag bolt & lag shield. The rubber base is 3" in diameter and is 2-5/8" high.  Uses a 3/4" diameter hole for the lag sheild.
