Roto Casement Operator

This Roto Casement Operator features a hole spacing of 3-1/2" on thee outside mouting holes and 1-7/8" on the two inside mouting holes.  The housing is contructed of die case metal that is electro-statically painted.   The housing is 5-1/2" wide.  The optional handle fits the 5/16" Hex Shaft.

Partition Slide Latch 3/8" Bar To Door, 2-3/4" Between Screws Stainless Steel

Cast stainless steel construction. Latch base is 4" high with 2-3/4" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/4" long by 3/4" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 3/8" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. The hinge leafs are angle cut so your door will close with the camming action. The hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, and 57" long. Screws are spaced 11" apart and the holes are 9/32" diameter and has 6 sets of holes. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry.
