Global Partitions Surface Mounted Slide Bolt Latch Chrome Plated

Zamac die cast construction, polished chrome finish. Latch base is 4-1/2" high with 3-1/2" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/32" long by 1" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 9/16" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. ASI Headrail Retrun Kit is designed to work with Global and Accurate Partitions. Manufacturered to work with the new style headrails introduced in May of 2023 which are a lower profile than the previous models that are no longer available. The headrail retun kit will work with the 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4" thickness headrails from ASI. This kit includes (2) Brackets, (2) Wall Anchoring Screws, (2) Plastic Anchors, (4) Fastening Screws and (1) Headrail End Cap. Can be used to run across the top of partitions either between two wall or runnning from a rear wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail (9A84) Manufacturer Part# 40-8448100.

ASI EZ Shoe is designed to anchor directely to the floor. Made for Global Partitions and Accurate Partitions restroom stall. This allows for the pilaster to sit inside the shoe. Constructed of #304 Stainless Steel and 3" height. The ASI EZ Shoe comes in round or square edge design. Round Edge shoes are configured for Solid Plastic (1" Thick), Powder Coated Steel and Stainless Steel (1-1/4" Thick) partition pilasters. Square Edge is designed for Plastic Laminate (1" Thick) and Phenolic (3/4" Thick) partition pilasters. ASI EZ Shoes come with all hardware for anchoring shoe to floor and screws for attaching pilaster shoe to pilaster. Pilaster shoes are the base support for partitions.

Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.
