ASI Headrail Retrun Kit is designed to work with Global and Accurate Partitions. Manufacturered to work with the new style headrails introduced in May of 2023 which are a lower profile than the previous models that are no longer available. The headrail retun kit will work with the 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4" thickness headrails from ASI. This kit includes (2) Brackets, (2) Wall Anchoring Screws, (2) Plastic Anchors, (4) Fastening Screws and (1) Headrail End Cap. Can be used to run across the top of partitions either between two wall or runnning from a rear wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail (9A84) Manufacturer Part# 40-8448100.

Zamac die cast construction with polished chrome plating. Outside diameter of the knob and cover are 1-5/8" with the inner ring diameter of 1-1/4". The ADA Barrier Free Lever is 2-9/16" long when measured from the all the way across the cover. The cover has an overall diameter of 1-1/4". Global Top Hinge Pin For Laminate Partitions

Threaded steel construction. The top pin measures 3/8" diameter by 3-1/4" long with 5/16-18 threads. It has a screw driver flat slot on one end. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Top Hinge Pin. Manufacture part # 98584.

Polished chrome plate Zamac die casting construction. Strike and Keeper measures 1-1/4" high by 2-3/8" wide by 1-3/4" deep. Stop is 1/2" thick and projects out 1-1/8". The Global Partitions stainless steel latch knob & cover with Screw, are a concealed latch that is held together by a screw.  They are constructed of cast stainless steel metal that is then brushed and polished. The manufacturer part number is 40-8263380. This was used up until October 2021.

Toilet partition Aluminum Pilaster Stiffeners for restroom stalls. The Pilaster Stiffener is constructed of extruded aluminum. Measures 3-1/2" wide by 75" length. Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break. To be installed as close as possible to the edge of the pilaster that is closest to the door. Comes pre-drilled with 14 holes and comes with screws for mounting. Can be utilized with any manufacturer for partitions but sizes could vary. Commonly known as 40-8447334(Global/Accurate), CI-76STIFFENER(Scranton) and 627240(Hadrian).

Metpar Partitions Bottom Cam Housing Chrome Plated

Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. The housings outside dimensions are 3-1/8" wide by 1-5/32" deep by 1-7/16" high. The screw hole is 7/32" diameter. The square slot is 1" by 15/16". ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).
