The 9400 series is a slim-line, surface mounted electric strike designed to accommodate rim exit devices with a 1/2" throw Pullman latchbolt. All components are completely encased within its 1/2" thick stainless steel housing, so no cutting on the frame is required for installation. The LCN 1370 was a door closer made in the late 1990's to 2006 or so. The closer had a special mounting plate that made installation very quick. Many people have this door closer in use and now they are starting to fail. The LCN 1370-18QF Quick Fix Plate converts the mounting holes of the 1370 to a standard template closer, which is 3/4" x 9-1/16". By using this plate you will not have to redrill holes in your door. The plate measures 2 by 10-1/4 inches with tapped holes that measure 3/4 x 9-1/16 inch.

The Matte Black Hadrian Continuous U Bracket is constructed of stainless steel. This continuous U bracket is designed for 1/2" thickness material and measures 57-1/2" in length. Bracket comes with fasteners to install. Known as manufacturers part number H60258-BLK.

Truth 16.52 Sash Lock. A very common sash lock that tends to fail because the plastic slide breaks due to incorrect installation at the window manufacturer or being forced when there is a obstruction in the window opening. The new replacement model has a thicker plastic slide. Because the slide is thicker, the keeper, part # Wi41268 and Wi41269 might have to be shimmed with small washers.
