The length is 57" and is used on a 1-1/4" slight round edge pilaster for mounting. Used with 1" doors and has a concealed turn latch with the pin coming out the center edge of the door. The hole spacing for the slot is 28-1/2" dead center of unit. The slot for the bolt to lock to is 7/16" wide x 5/8"ht. This helps with blocking the door gaps on the locking side of the door. The International Door Closer 3010-S Side Load Arm is used with the 200, 300 and 500 Series Concealed Overhead Door Closer for Center Hung Doors.   The arm is constructed of cast iron and measures 10" long, and 7/16" thick.   The package includes all the mounting screws.

Ives Floor Mounted Door Holder FS40

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF40A or F40A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Model numbers are determined by strike/door-to-floor clearances. Holder position on door is adjustable.

Glynn-Johnson 410 Series Overhead Door Holder/Stop Concealed Mounting

The perfect combination of form and function, Glynn-Johnson 410 series holders and stops offer effective door control and a low-profile design. Each model is constructed so that the channel is encased in the door and the jamb bracket is mortised in the frame. When the door is open, the arm and jamb bracket are visible.
