The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. The Von Duprin Mullion Stabilizer Package are used with Von Duprin Mullions to stop any deflection on the mullion, which may cause the exit devices to release.  We run into issues where people are able to shake the door, and the door opens.   The package includes two sets of stabilizers and all the mounting screws.

Common numbers found on the older version of this operator are 40575 for the right hand operator, and 40574 for the left hand operator

To determine hand of operator, if your sash lock (window lock), is on the left, you would use a left hand operator. And if your sash lock is on the right, you would order the right hand operator.

Metpar Partitions Slide Bolt Latch with indicator Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. The latch housing face plates measure 1-3/4" wide by 1-1/4" high. The latch thickness is 1-1/16". The latch bolt measures 3/4" by 3/16" with a 15/32" throw. Also known as a Metpar Bathroom Stall Concealed Latch. Manufacturer part # 4240, 13882. Metpar Toilet Partitions is the only manufacture that we know of that uses this latch.

The Von Duprin 55 End Case is the housing on the hinge side of the door.   The function of this housing is to lift the cross bar, and support the function of the Active Case.  If your housing is on the right side when standing inside looking out, then you would order the Right Hand Case.  The package includes the housing, springs and back plate, the arm is not included.  The current part number on this part is 050196 and 050197, the old part number is 111931 and 111932.
