The CRL PR90 is a Grade 1 door closer, the heaviest rating possible.  The template is the same as the LCN 4040 with the same features, latching speed, closing speed, back check and power adjustment from size 1 ADA compliant to size 6.

We offer the Standard Cylinder PR90 and also the Delayed Action PR92. Delayed Action will hold the door open for 15-20 seconds to allow handicap individuals to clear the opening before the door closes.

Ives Roller Latch RL1130

The Ives Roller Latch RL1130 is a combination of the RL30 and an Angle Stop.  Tension is easy to adjust with the two tension screws on the face plate.

The Von Duprin 100316 is used on the 5547 on the top of the door.   The top rod goes through the square hole on the plate.  The plate shown in the Picture has both sides or LHR and RHR doors.  One side of the strike is usually broken off depending on the hand of the door.

The Ives Roller Latch RL32 is constructed of Brass and Plated to your desired finish.  The body measures 1-1/8" wide by 2-1/4" high and 2-1/4" deep.  The roller is constructed of Nylon, and has an adjustable projection up to 1/2".  Fits a standard heavy-duty cylindrical lock cutout.

Metpar concealed Ada lever latch knob with cover. Zamac die cast construction with polished chrome plating. Outside diameter of the knob and cover are 1-3/4" with the inner ring diameter of 1-7/32". The latch bolt is 11/32" diameter by 2-21/32" long, the square box has a height of 3/4". Also known as a bathroom stall concealed ADA lever latch cover and knob assembly or a barrier free concealed latch knob, Cover and pin. Manufacture part # 6080.

Toilet partition Aluminum Pilaster Stiffeners for restroom stalls. The Pilaster Stiffener is constructed of extruded aluminum. Measures 3-1/2" wide by 75" length. Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break. To be installed as close as possible to the edge of the pilaster that is closest to the door. Comes pre-drilled with 14 holes and comes with screws for mounting. The Handicap Hands-Free Door Pull BM4511 is an ADA compliant. You can hook your forearm/wrist into the open end to open a non-latching door. The pull is constructed of stainless steel and is available in brushed stainless steel, powder coated flat black or powder coated dark bronze. The plate measures 4 x 16 inches and the grip is tack-welded to the plate and also has a 5/16-18 thread for thru bolting. The grip is 1-1/4 diameter by 8 inches. Ships with 6 mounting screws and one 5/16-18 thru bolt with finished washer in matching finish.

The new Series 2670 Exit Alarm Lock provides secure protection through a large stainless steel deadbolt, which is 2" x 1/2" (51mm x 13mm) and has over a 3/4" (19mm) throw. The engagement area into the strike is over 1 1/4" (32mm) square inches. The cast aluminum latch case protects the internal mechanism and resists tampering or vandalism from inside the door. This unit has been tested to withstand up to 1600 pounds of static load force against the door.
